Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the TradesIQ platform operated by TradesIQ LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, store, or transmit any of the following through the TradesIQ platform:

  • Illegal content, including documents related to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious code embedded in document files.
  • Content that is obscene, defamatory, or harassing.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer any part of the TradesIQ platform, including our AI processing pipeline, API endpoints, or proprietary algorithms.
  • Automated scraping: Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
  • Share accounts: Share your login credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account. Each user must have their own account.
  • Circumvent limits: Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limiting, or other usage restrictions through technical means.
  • Interfere with the service: Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the platform’s operation or infrastructure.
  • Resell or redistribute: Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the TradesIQ service without written authorization.

4. Regulated Health Data (HIPAA)

TradesIQ is not HIPAA-compliant. You may not upload documents containing Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) without a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed with TradesIQ LLC.

5. Enforcement

TradesIQ reserves the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates this policy.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice.
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by law.
